We are thrilled to introduce Will Carlton as the newest ambassador for our company, a role model who embodies the spirit of adventure and the highest standards of safety in the great outdoors.

Will Carlton is a dedicated backcountry skier and avid outdoorsman who has pursued the thrill of untouched powder across the Western US, Canada, and Europe. However, it’s the irresistible draw of Hokkaido that brings him back for his fifth winter. While the pristine snow first captured his heart, it’s the region’s rich culture, delectable cuisine, and friendly locals that keep him returning.
With his credentials as an AMGA Apprentice Ski and Alpine Guide and active membership in the American Avalanche Association, Will combines his passion with a deep commitment to safety. These qualifications underpin his holistic approach to navigating the magical winter landscapes he explores.
In addition to his skiing pursuits, Will's passion for the outdoors is matched by his remarkable physical endurance. A four-time finisher of the legendary Hardrock Hundred Mile Endurance Run, he exemplifies the tenacity and resilience that are the hallmarks of a true adventurer.
